anybody noes where we will be running 2.4?
i think i haf to start trainin moi 2.4 seriously.. time it or sth.. one fwen of mine told me that its diff.. long dist running and 2.4k.. he told me bout speed.. hmm..hoping for a timing less den 9 mins.. |
