very very long day!
woke up at 6 am reached sch at 8 breakfast wif syliva.. afterwhich discussions till 6 pm! ac her go buy christ presents.. afterwhich bac hm for dinner..strictly no carbo after 6.. share wif you what i noe..how to improve e various NAFA categories.. chin up. hit forearm, upper arm, upper bac, abs // lat pull down + bicep curls + dips + crunches 2.4. hit e track everyday broad jump hit e buns // tuck jumps + leg curls 1 min sit up hit abs // reverse crunches (lower) + crunches (upper) |
