yep..ran up and down siloso beach today. lucky i always bring my shades with me. i was like rummaging my bag before our session. lol.

im really satisfied with the customers thus far. they're the easy-going type. im really happy to serve them. haha everytime when i go up and check on them (to see if they're fine with the service..food etc) they'll smile and reply in a really really nice and polite manner. haha (:

i find female runners really cool. esp those long dist runners xP

the terrain is really undulating..in my viewpoint..its good for the knees but not the ankles..mm specifically the joints..below..wierd..sheesh

i'll alway have to look down to check on the ground. which you shouldnt be doing when youre running in a competitive level..my pacing wasnt too good..didnt really have the motivation to run long dist today leh. so many pairs of eyes watching. damn sian. was the only runner. felt wierd.

oh yes theres plenty of ppl too. i prefer running in tranquility. theres so many ppl today! yep. cant really enjoy the scenery when my eyes were constantly fixated on the ground.

then played a volley match with a bunch of sec sch peeps. sian to the max. i didnt enjoy playing with them. im fine with rally..not match..never again..i'll definitely back out..they couldnt recieve the the standard servings..then j didnt really have the 'form' to play match today..his fingers screwed. lol..

we got to 'put water' else they'll feel unmotivated..seriously. j got a different opinon though..i didnt put in 100% effort then. if they want to play with us..at least play with standard rules..mistakes are ok..at least pick up from there and learn from it. i rather continue with our training..where we left off..he shift was from 4 to closing whereas mines 5 to closing. so i used the 1 hour to do cardio. z

i couldnt pace well when my eyes glued to the ground. z need to think of sth else now. running on track is freaking boringgggggggggggg =P

im thinking of clubbing after 1st july leh. smoking ban will kick in wef 1st july (:

im getting darker too! xP

j's getting his pay in a weeks time. we'll be shopping for shades haha. i'll have to wait for mine though. haha at least a month. freaking exp.

for guys who flirt 24/7. haha i think you ought to wake up.
